Person
Somebody is travelling
A passenger to be picked up and dropped off. The runner needs a seat, not boot space.
Nobody gets "delivered". At the end it says dropped off.
PicknDeli is the errand marketplace where you say what it's worth. Post what needs moving: a person, a plate of food, a parcel. Set what you'll pay, and nearby runners offer to take it. You pick the one you like the look of. No fixed fare. No phoning around.
How far out we look for runners around you.
An Express job either gets taken, or comes straight back to you.
Vehicle sizes, from a bike to a large truck. The wrong one never sees your job.
A runner carries one at a time. Yours isn't sharing the boot.
Most apps call everything a "delivery". A passenger is not a parcel, and a hot plate of sadza is not a pair of shoes. You tell us which it is when you post, and everything downstream (who gets shown the job, what your runner's screen says, what the app calls it when it's done) follows from that one choice.

A meal or an order
Prepared meals, drinks or fresh shopping. Time-sensitive, and it should arrive the way it left.
A runner two streets away with an insulated bag should take it. One across town without one shouldn't.
Something is being sent
Goods, documents or property. Tell the runner if it needs careful handling.
Fragile? Tick the box. It changes how it's carried, not whether it is.
Every job is one or the other, and you choose. We never guess it from what you typed.
The second you post, it goes out live to every matching runner near you. If nobody has taken it in 2 minutes, you get it straight back with three ways out: try again, turn it into a booking, or drop it for nothing.
Pick a date and a time, then say what that time actually means. The 8am house move starts at 8. The airport run gets you there by 14:30. Runners can claim it days in advance, so it's settled long before the day.
What's moving, where from, where to, and whether it's now or Thursday.
A stepper, not a form. Nudge it and every runner watching sees the new number that second.
Name, rating, jobs done, how far off, what they drive. They take your price or counter with theirs.
The moment you accept, their other offers are pulled and the price is locked. No haggling at the door.
Live on the map, from on the way to arrived to done, then you rate each other.
Your runner's position streams while they're moving, so the pin crawling toward you is where they actually are.
Get close enough to the pickup and the app marks it. Nobody has to remember to press anything.
When your runner pulls up, whoever is collecting gets an SMS with the code to hand over. They never need the app.
Off by default for a takeaway. Very much on for a laptop.
Flip yourself online and every job within 10 km lands on your map, or as a list sorted by whichever is closest. Take the asking price, or send back your own. Nobody assigns you anything.
Locked the moment you accept an offer. Neither side can move it afterwards.
Runners see your rating before they offer, and you see theirs. It cuts both ways.
Runners register the vehicle they drive, and a code at pickup keeps the wrong one from collecting.
Accepting a job then abandoning it is written down and follows the runner around.
Tap a question for the answer.
Whatever you and a runner agree on. You open with a number, they take it or counter, and the fare is fixed the moment you accept. Anything from $1 upward is fair game, and you can nudge your offer up or down as long as it's still sitting there unclaimed.
Yes. A trip is a proper request type, not a parcel with a person squeezed into the description box. Pick 🧍 when you post and the runner's screen talks about a passenger and a drop-off, because that's what it is.
Express hands it back after 2 minutes with the choice to retry, reschedule, or drop it at no cost. Scheduled warns you well ahead and expires 30 minutes before your service time, so you find out while you can still do something about it.
EcoCash, OneMoney, O'mari, InnBucks, Zimswitch, Visa or Mastercard, bank transfer, or plain cash on the day. USD or ZWG.
Right up until you accept someone. Every runner looking at your job sees the number move in real time, and any offer already made keeps the price it was made at, so nobody gets caught out. After you accept, it's sealed.
If we stop hearing from their phone after they've accepted, you both get told and you get a free way out: cancel and re-post without it counting against you.
Post it in about thirty seconds, name your price, and let the runners come to you.
